Room Seven
It was fun growing up in a very close and creative family watching my father and mother design and build the Dutch Children's Brand, Oilily.
As a little girl I remember that my brother, both my sisters and I were playing hide and seek between the big rolls of fabric piled up in my parents warehouse. When I got a bit older I was helping my mother to cut fabric swatches to make her style-books, again a bit older we were taken along to fabric shows in Paris (very exciting at the age of 13!), so at a young age seeing fabrics, colours and motifs everywhere around was all very normal to me.
After my study in 1994, I wanted to do my own thing and started out by opening a shop in Alkmaar Holland selling a mixture of textiles and antiques that I would find on my trips to India. While I enjoyed this and still have the shop, I couldn't resist my love for textiles and I began making quilts out of available fabrics. We sold them in the shop and the sales took off and soon I was designing a whole bedding collection with my own exclusive prints sold throughout Europe.
When I had my daughter four years ago it started to be very tempting to use the beautiful prints that we develop for each bedding collection also for children’s clothing. That is how we started to make a clothing line for girls and boys; the Room Seven clothing line was born. I love harmonious colors, mixing checks & stripes with prints and embroideries. Children outfits need to be in soft and comfortable fabrics; outfits that lets them look like children for as long as possible. It features dresses and skirts and that girls love to twirl in, fun blouses & t-shirts with embroidery and embellishments. We believe our collection to be an overall refreshing and authentic children clothing line that I am proud to put on my 2 sons and daughter. Other parents seemed to agree with me because the clothing collection sales have grown even faster than the bedding collection. Room Seven is now sold in 30 countries around the world.
Hereby we present you the Fall 2007 collection. The winter is always filled with dark, cold and dreary days. We have created a collection with warm colours. Layered fabrics and unique prints create an authentic style, which is a mix of contemporary design and classical prints. The colours that we have used are predominantly deep pinks, royal blues, blush reds and rich browns, giving the collection a warm feeling. Please take a look for yourself; we hope you will enjoy our collection.
Bellybutton
Bellybutton was founded by us five mothers with the purpose of passing on our combined experience of sixteen(!) pregnancies.
Although we are leading completely different lives in various parts of the world, we are united by our passion for motherhood and the ambition to offer the best products that mothers and mothers-to-be may possibly desire.
Children’s fashion
After the demand of mothers and mothers-to-be for children’s wear was so overwhelming, we decided to do a children’s collection like we imagine children would like to have it: soft materials, good cuts – which allow moving around without restrictions, lovely details to discover and nice, beautiful colours you like to look at.
Buisjes & Beugels
BB+++ is a dutch kids designer label founded in 2005 by the need of sophisticated and authentic clothes for kids and especially the young men. Productdesigner and artist Kellie Smits designs the seasonable limited & basic collections inspired by the functionality of kidsclothes and avant-garde fashion.
BB+++ offers a clean edge that tells a story of effortless originality without straying too far from the classics. The essence of BB+++ is a sophisticated functionality, related but independant of trends and a down to earth mentality.
We work on producing our clothes in an environment and people friendly way by producing it in ateliers inside the Netherlands and a well-known factory in Portugal. Next to that we recycle our own stock fabrics and those of other well-known designer labels, like Dries van Noten, Hugo Boss, Humanoid.
Jil&Sil
Nét even anders dan gewoon...
Kinderen die van spelen, fietsen en ravotten houden, dragen het liefst soepele kleren. Maar waarom mag dat ook niet supereigenwijs zijn? De kleren van Jil & Sil zijn robuust genoeg voor een stoeipartijtje, maar apart genoeg voor een feestje.
De natuurlijke stoffen, zoals katoen, linnen en wol zijn ideaal voor groeiende kinderlijfjes. Duurzame materialen die prettig dragen én mooi blijven. Wel zijn de jurken nét even anders dan gewoon . En de broeken nét even aparter.
De origineel aandoende modellen van Jil & Sil zijn vaak geïnspireerd op wat men door de eeuwen heen draagt. Verrassende combinaties met Oudhollandse accenten, waarbij de praktische kledingstukken van handwerkslieden als basis kunnen dienen.
De gebruikte natuurtinten zijn tijdloos mooi en kunnen daarom eindeloos gecombineerd worden.
Jil & Sil heeft voor elk seizoen een complete collectie voor zowel jongens als meisjes vanaf maat 62 t/m 152. Niet alleen een basiscollectie kleding. Beenmode die gezien mag worden. En niet te vergeten fraaie hoedjes, bretels, kettinkjes en haarfrutsels. Alles wat je nodig hebt om je kleding leuk te maken.

Een fantastisch adres voor klassieke basis t-shirts, ondergoed, nachtkleding en kinderkleding van goede kwaliteit! Het Franse merk Petit Bateau bestaat al sinds 1893 en is beroemd geworden om haar kinderkleding voor kinderen van 0-16 jaar. Sinds enige jaren verkopen ze ook kleding voor volwassenen.
